My name is Aleczumberzeil te Esoterotept, local scholar and scribe. I have observed that Lower Sanctuary does not enjoy the services of a scribe, publisher, bookshop, or library that Upper presently does. It is my intention and desire to found a small shop to provide publishing services, scribe's services, and that will buy/sell rare antiquities and texts.

Rather than attempt to build my own shop, I believe my little project could make a fine addition to your respective tavern. I believe the extra traffic that our customers will attract would be of benefit to your establishment, and I would be happy to arrange for a percentage of the profits earned from our business to go as rent to the tavern itself.

In addition, I have three very capable associates who I believe would be of considerable benefit in terms of handling security for the building.

All that I would require would be a small room for the bookshop itself, as well as some space in the back for resting, working, and so on.
