I would enquire about the appearance of the person or persons that sold you the green ranger cloak and boots that you currently have in stock. I have recently found the pack of a friend of mine in the tunnels in the lower ward, and believe that they belonged to her. If she has fallen to foul play, any information you can provide would make the trail more clear.

//OOC - Found the pack of Elevir in the tunnels, believe that the cloak and boots on Norma were hers, though they are far from unique, aside from the dyejob. Ranger cloaks are typically brown, this was sentinel green.

Next time you visit Norma, if she has any reason to recognize you, she says:

"I ain't picky about what I buy, and I ain't got time to look too closely on who I'm tradin' with!"

She will then, in all likelihood, turn to engage in business with someone else, and remember niether of you by tomorrow.
