Smokey the goblin stands in the area in Lower close to the stairs, trying to attract the attention of any of the people around with a small show and song. He asks the people that do listen if they want to try out (what he claims to be) his custom made smokepipe; the Big Horn. He tries to get the rest of the onlookers to cheer a volunteer on, and tells them that they should shout "Puff, Puff." on the count of three.

*lights up the Big Horn and raises it infront of the volunteer, waiting for them to finish their puff, before gesturing for the person to return to the crowd. Then Smokey begins to chant and dance.*

Do you need a puff from the horn?

Take a puff from the horn!

Do you wanna puff from the horn?

*begins to sing rapidly*

You gotta pick it! Pack it! Fire it up come along! Take a puff from the horn!

Put the smokeweed in, and one for a second. Don't get puff wrong, it not a new method!

Inhaaaaaaaaaaale! Exhaaaaaaaaale! Don't forget to loosen your platemaaaaaaaaaaaaail!

Puff all day away, puff on big horn better than sleeping on stone!

Goes down smooth when get clean puff of big horn! Sing my song I puff all night long!

Who wanna take big puff? Take a big puff! Take a big puff on the Big Horn! Hey, do you wanna? *big horn in hand, he mock offers it to the onlookers and continues to sing*

And then take finger off of that hole! PLUG IT, UNPLUG IT, DON'T STRAIN!

Pack new horn, so I gotta take my puff! Then I hold it, just like so! Get horn and I reload it!

Get my really big horn and then I bring it on! As Smokey puffs from the horn!

Saaaay Hey, yeah! I puff! Saaaay Hey, yeah! We all puff!

After the song is finished, Smokey takes an uber puff from the Big Horn

Smokey then proceeds to advertise his skills as a woodworker and smokepipe maker, and hands out a few advert notes. Anyone intersted in a finely crafted smokepipe should seek out Smokey in Lower.
