As I remember, your insight on certain matters was quite accurate. I would like you to have a look on a certain trident I have found. There are some strange marks on it, and I am not sure if it doesn't bear infernal stigmata. I will keep the item safe until you have a chance to examine it.

I am glad to hear from you. I recall our meeting, and wish we would have been able to spend more time together since.

The trident you have described is worrisome to me... I have encountered another enchanted trident in my travels that could be used to summon all manner of fiends into our realm. I destroyed it quickly so none might be tempted by its power.

Although it is unlikely this trident is similar to that one, it would be folly to allow it to slip into the hands of those susceptible to temptation, or worse, those who have already bargained their souls away to evil powers. I will attempt to meet with you as soon as possible but if we do not encounter each other soon, I would encourage you to seek out someone who can tell you with certainty what it is capable of, either through skill or divination. This way it can be removed from our realm as quickly as possible.
