Letter to the Sanctuary Library

A plainly written letter is delivered to the Sanctuary library

To the staff of the Sanctuary library, I have in my possession a document of some import to the history of the town. Seems to me that it'd be of more use in the library than in my pack. I've some terms before I donate it to your honourable selves, or more truthfully to the library itself, however. When one of your number has the time to him to discuss my terms, I can be found at the Last Stand inn.

-Marten Briars

A letter is left at the Last Stand addressed to "Marten Briars".

Mister Briars,

I would be happy to discuss this with you in person. Make a sending when you are in the city - I do have work that takes me out of town, so please, be patient.

I am most interested in any work that can be added to the Library for the ongoing benefit of all Sanctuarians.

Mister Briars,

Councillor Nikitovich thinks the idea is great. All that is required for the document to be made a part of the Library display materials, is that I make a very brief one line contract between yourself (the owner of the Traensyrian document) and the Sanctuary Library, and the contract signed and witnessed by one Watchman. Then if you would hand the document to me, I will place it into storage so that it can be safely placed on display as soon as possible.

Does this arrangement sound reasonable to you?
