We'd like some seats (benches?) near the town hall steps. Unless you are a beggar or have legs of steel then waiting about for something to happen here is a drudge. Move some of those rocks near the cliff maybe?

Taverns have wonderful seats in them.

And if you're just hanging out, waiting for someone, chatting, etc, PLEASE go to an Inn or someplace.

Having tons of PCs idling around in an area causes it to lag horribly, and thus doing so in a highly trafficked common area is very unfair to people that have to pass through it, or use amenities there.
