People of Lower, greetings from The Judge,

The Church of Kelemvor, Judge of the Damned, has come to Lower in the hopes of aiding with the guidance of both the living and the dead.

You are all mortal, and one day will pass from this realm. This is nothing to be feared, nothing more than an end to the cycle of life, and a journey into new realms of existence. The Church of The Judge wishes to aid all of Lower in understanding this journey, and in ensuring that you are prepared.

For the dead of Lower the Church of The Judge wishes to offer final rites, and assistance in these souls beginning their journey to the realm of The Judge and onwards. The Judge also wishes to protect your dead against the dark arts of necromancy, the brutal transmission of the souls of the departed back into this realm.

Until a proper location can be found to give praise to The Judge, seek out Veilguard Dusk at the base of the stairs leading to Upper and recieve assistance from the Church of The Judge.
