What happened to the belongings of Aledrec Yhaunn after his capturing? I include a copy of his last will so you may decide wheather or not this should be carried out.

Year 152 Last Will of Aledrec of Yhaunn
I, Aledrec of Yhaunn, being of sound health in both mind and body, declare the following to be my last wishes, to be carried out in the event of my death.
If all attempts to return me to life are exhausted, my goods are to be sold of in a public auction. The profits will be added to the gold on my person, and distributed equally to the watch and to the orphanage.

Clerk Riddle,
Aledrec of Yhaunn was slain outright in Lower; he was not captured. I assume whatever belongings he recovered are now in the possession of Harlow Penrose, who was responsible for his death. If you wish to discuss the arrangement of them, you will need to speak with him.
That being said, I am growing tired of your repeated efforts to see the dictates of executed or slain criminals carried out. By choosing to commit capital crimes against Sanctuary and being convicted of death for such, their possessions become the tools of criminal activity. They are confiscated by the Watch, and they are sold to private buyers to raise funds to restore the damage these criminals inflicted upon our city and her people. I understand that you are simply trying to fulfill your duties, but you may consider the possessions of convicted and executed criminals no longer theirs; if the Watch wishes to turn any possessions over to you to enact a corresponding will, we will make this known to you. For nearly every situation, however, the equipment and possessions of criminals become forfeit upon their execution or death, and are no longer the province or regard of any wills they might have composed before their descent into the dark pit of lawlessness and murder.
I do hope this clarifies matters involving executed criminals and slain murderers in the future, Clerk Riddle.

Lieutenant Sunellar,
I am indeed only trying to fulfill my duties, but I thank you for the clarification, and will no longer purse these parts of the wills of criminals.
