Another post got me thinking this,

what if we took the players and characters from this server and pitted them against players on other servers. Who would win?

Like take all of our characters items and so on, think EfU characters would stand a chance?

I think other servers are far higher magic level, and the result would be that EfU characters would probably lose. I know my other characters from my other server would totally destroy all of my characters on this one... at once. (And I have 4 characters in my vault, although 2 have proven to be lasting so far)

Depends. There are a few other low magic PW's that would equal pretty well, but then you have the epic worlds. even my loremasters l337ness would fall.

Low magic pwns high magic, play wise though

What I like about low magic is that you play for the character. And sure, you can generally make a str dump two-hander and go pure fighter and get great cleave and then clean house, but that's not as fun as some of the other concepts out there.

It seems like low magic worlds generally turn into MORE character concepts/player, and BETTER character concepts/player, as opposed to people getting 1-2 high level epics and goofing around all day after hitting max level.

If we did a strict PvP with any build you could make at any level, I'm sure Efu would loose since this place doesn't have that many great PvP'rs. Not to say there aren't a few good ones, but I'm sure we would loose in a straight PvP with no RP chances.

EfU characters would win the Internet Street Theater Oscars, hands down.

I was assuming you take other similar servers (RP-based, low magic/level) and pit them against each other. Basically, are the wits and skill of EfU's player base good enough to overcome.

The other idea I was thinking, would be a Prince and the Pauper idea.

Take people from EfU and put them back on the surface suddenly, and take the others servers players and shove them into slavehood in the Underdark.

Could either group survive a role reversal? I mean many EfU characters have been jaded and changed since being underground for so long, going above ground again would certain cause social problems during the adjustment period.

My guess is that the other server's characters would die off early, and most of our characters would end up in jail for bad behavior!

I know a world, Ravenloft, that could probably beat you guys, beccause they get extra feats early on to make up for the lvl 20 cap.

I'm not saying it has already, but I'm locking this topic before it degenerates and goes downhill.
