As many of you have heard at this point, the Drow have asked for the return of several slaves, in order to extract bones which lie in the stomachs of these individuals. Let it be known to these escaped slaves, that the Spellguard possesses the means with which to safely remove these bones from your body. With these bones, we can ensure your future safety, and happiness, here in our town of Sanctuary.

If you are one of the escaped slaves, come to the Tower, and we will safely and painlessly remove the bone. The Spellguard are the only ones who possess not only the medical knowledge, but the magical knowledge of the bones, with which to do the task safely.

We promise you total anonymity, from the Citizenry, as well as the Drow. Noone must know, should you wish it. We at the Spellguard are here to ensure your safety.

Citizens, let it be made abundantly clear.

If we do not get these objects, Sanctuary will go to war. We have neither chosen, nor desire to take this course of action.

Sanctuary does pose a military threat to the drow, there is no doubt. But there is also no doubt how strongly the wrath of the drow will bear down upon us if we cannot return these objects. If we were to war with the drow, it should be done on our own terms, not theirs.

For the good of Sanctuary, we must support this direction.
