The Sanctuary Watch would like to announce that it is now taking bids on the land below the Bazaar, commonly known as 'Barak-Tor'. The area, while dangerous, is easily defended by martially trained warriors, mercenaries, and other combat-oriented teams!

Regarding the property, the Watch would like to stress the following things:

- Bids will be accepted from groups that have interest in renting the land, not single-person applications.

- Rent will be precisely 1000 coins, paid on a monthly basis.

- Bunks, Storage, and Lounge area are all provided. Ask a Watchman if you'd like to take a look around, and see the accomodations for yourself.

- Speak with any Watchman to express interest in renting the area. Bids will be accepted for the next two tenday.

- By the end of Flamerule, the Watch will announce the group it has selected to rent the area.

The Barak-Tor property is now condemned, and is off-limits to rent or travel by any citizens of Sanctuary. The lease contract for it is closed and ended. The Sanctuary Watch extends its apologies to the dwarves of Barak-Tor for the loss of the property, and thanks the adventurers who came to repel the Chosen invading from Barak-Tor. The Sanctuary Watch also praises and thanks the dwarves of Barak-Tor for turning the property into an important part of Sanctuary's identity, and greatly hopes that the Stoutheart Clan will renew its foundations elsewhere in Sanctuary proper.
