A minor issues really since Last Stand is really close, but could council offices have its own spawn point? It would perhaps make it more likely for councillors to meet, and perhaps make the area a bit more active.

Maybe just reset your spawnpoint, making you spawn in the Town Hall? Even closer than the Stand.

You can spawn in the Council Offices! Just go up there into the area, go to the craft menu, then configuration options, and then click "Reset Spawn Point."

There you go. That's it.

I never knew you could do that. I thought all spawn points were set by NPC conversations. If we think of user friendliness, it could perhaps give some feedback what is your current spawn point or what it is changed to.
