I am having problems sending out messages. Just yesterday I was able to send out messages and no I can't. The only things that have changed is that my character leveled up to level 7 and also a dm wanded my character so that way he could sleep at the school of war which he is a part of. Other then these things nothings changed but now every time I try to speak to Herold to send out a message he just says "Oh, no no no. I'm affraid your not allowed to make magical sendings." No my character has not pissed off any officals and yes he has a citizen stone. I am able to hear messages but not able to send them out because of this message. Whas the problem here and how do we correct this? Its effecting my occ ability to enjoy playing on this server.

Steps to resolve this problem.

(1) Relax

(2) Find a DM IG, and ask them to fix it.
