Future D&D player and missing Veilguard Dusk

I normally wouldn't leave an "I am away for awhile message" but I have told pretty much everyone else I know, so why not the EFU crew.

For anyone dealing with Mourana Dusk recently I apologize, but I don't know when and how much I will be around for the next little while as my wife and I just had our first baby Thursday night, so things are a bit hectic.

I hope to be around soon, but I don't really have any idea what I have gotten myself into.

((In pure geeky D&D fashion I seem to have failed my lore check on newborn care and am currently faking it))

Congrats!!!!

I'm told the first two years involve poop.

A little Xari Faaw would be awesome. Congrats!

Congratulations. I expect you to name at least his middle name after me.

Just be sure to take skill focus Diper change.

seriously though congratulations, good luck and hope to hear from you again soon.

Whatever you do, don't follow Howland's instructions. That would be a terrible middle name.

Congratulations. :D

Congrats Man.

Get him out ther quest grinding so he's level 18 and can leave your house.

It is always a beautiful thing when the mating of a man and a woman begets a child, to carry forth as the physical manifestation of that harmonious, majestic union of two souls linked as one, forevermore, that we can only call: "love."

Here is hoping for many fond memories for all three of you, and a joy that will last a lifetime and beyond. Congratulations, GFWD. There can be no higher accomplishment than this. You are, for this special day, the man.

Enjoy it, and never forget the precious memories you are gleaning from these times.

Howland's suggestion isn't a half bad one, but you're gonna have to make room for at least one FR deity name there. I recommend "Cyric Howland", if it's a boy, or "Lurue Howlanda" if girl.

Either way -- congratulations! :D

Please, oh, please force your kids to read Tolkien, The Chronicles Of Narnia, and The Foundation Series - unless of course you intend to breed orcs. Oh, and teach them binary. Yup. That covers it.

Awesome news! Being a dad is one of the greatest achievements you'll ever have, so enjoy! They grow up quick too!

Congratulations!

Give the child all of your attention, love, nurturing, and lessons from life experience. Much like I try to give my efu plots.

Congratulations, man

I fail to see how kids grow up fast, every day is a tedious journey of tyranny from my Parents.

Anyhow, congrats.

Here, here.

Congrats.

Thanks everyone.

Sorry Howland, he ended up with:

Fionn Fergus Merlyn Miller

(yes long, but we had two family names to sneak in there, we don't plan on telling him all four until he is a teenager and already hates us).

He is up and feeding a lot, so I may show up at some strange hours.

Thanks everyone.
