Just a couple of concerns and questions.
1. Would it be acceptable to shift a character from a druidic path to a more clerical path, but be allowed to keep the druid levels as long as the deity welcomes both classes equally? Provided there are RP story and events to back it.
2. Are cleric domains as listed in the deity portfolios carved in stone and undebatable? Note: this is -not- about asking for Healing domain as I am aware this is considered overpowered by many.
3. Finally, how does one go about alignment change? Notify DM's to keep an eye out for actions outside of the current alignment and shift it accordingly?
Edit: tried to make it more generalized. I personally don't mind what people know of my character and hadn't intended to break a forum rule when first posting, but I'm unsure who to talk with to discuss my ideas.

1. I imagine it's possible to take some Cleric levels as a Druid and retain everything in terms of skills, providing you are a Druid/Cleric of the same patron deity, and the deity's accepted Clerical allignments are in line with those allowed as a Druid.
2. Unless we make a blanket change, which we are unlike to do, the accepted domains are set in stone.
3. That's a good way to go about it, yes. Otherwise, we may just shift your allignment for actions that are specifically chaotic, evil, good, or lawful.

Note that a cleric/druid combo could potentially be tough to play due to RP restrictions and class requirements. While druids do not have the need to preach, they are required to pursue the balance. For a druid it's preservation of Nature first in all instances. While druids profess a patron diety who's dogma they more readily agree with over others, they serve nature--not the God.
Clerics have the opposing view, a cleric of a nature diety serves the diety first and all her dogma, and then after that serves nature. They must preach, defend dogma, promote the church and dogma, etc, things that druids do not do.
In most instances this shouldn't pose a problem. I'm really just posting it here to make sure the distinction between duties is understood. If you can meet all RP aspects of the classes (both intensive), then go for it. You must still adhere to all class restrictions of the druid (armor, weapons, etc) to keep getting spells also.
