I was following a group of two from the Wet Caves, back to the Dark Lake shore. I let the first two go through, while another two were waiting on the other side.

When I went through the transition, my character suddenly blinked and I was 3/4 of the map north of the transition I should be at...plus, I was IN the dark lake with my breath be counted.

This happens periodically in times of large lag. Especially in that particular location. I've seen this happen at least four times since the tides were put in. Each about a month and a half apart, so I don't think it has been any "new" addition that causes the issue.
