Greetings! We understand that you are a level headed councillor. We also understand that you have business interests within Lower. It is the wish of I that we discuss a beneficial relationship between the servants of The Great Shadow and yourself.
A proposal was recently made to The Council regarding some aid and tribute to be afforded Etorix. I pray and hope you will be inclined to offer your support to this bill and any further, reasonable requests that come from our Embassy.
In return I would be happy to hear of your interests and desire within Lower and the city proper. The aid that His Glorious Shadow can offer men is not a thing to be underestimated.
