Once approved by the Sheriff I will be taking over the operations of the Mausoleum. I understand that you are in charge of recording the final wishes of Sanctuary's citizens.

As the Mausoleum will be dealing with these citizens as they pass through the veil it would be helpful if we could work together to ensure that all items are distributed as they should be.

Flamerule 9th Year 152 Veilguard Dusk, I thank you for the offer of cooperation and gladly accept it. I would be very pleased if you could regurarly send me a list of whose bodies has recently arrived at the Mausoleum so I am notified earlier of a citizens death than I currently am, and may have his last wishes carried out without further delay.

As many include instructions for the handling of their body after their death and how their funeral ceremony shall be held, in their will, I hope we may be able to cooperate well on this point.
