I would appreciate it if you would please forward to me a complete copy of all reports that are in the possession of the Spellguard where it regards the Seeker Hall explosion and resulting fire. I am including myself in the investigation, as I believe that my expertise in science may in fact help us to get to the bottom of the event faster than conventional methods alone. I will ensure that any and all information that I uncover is shared equally with you as well.

I know that asking you is likely the only thing I need to do to gain access to this information, but if anyone above you gives you any greif about sharing it, please inform them that this request comes with the implicit permission of Counsellor Reynolt as well.
