I would appreciate it if you would please forward to me a complete copy of all reports that are in the possession of the Watch where it regards the Seeker Hall explosion and resulting fire. I am including myself in the investigation, as I believe that my expertise in science may in fact help us to get to the bottom of the event faster than conventional methods alone. I will ensure that any and all information that I uncover is shared equally with you as well.

I know that asking you is likely the only thing I need to do to gain access to this information, but if anyone above you gives you any greif about sharing it, please inform them that this request comes with the implicit permission of Counsellor Reynolt as well.

It's been awhile since I requested the official records of your findings in the Seeker explosion, and I havent heard back from you. M passed along to me your sentiments about how busy you are, and I understand completely.

I will ask you now to forward me those records with all due haste, so that I may pick up the investigation in this matter where it appears the watch may not have the manpower to do so themselves.

If I dont receive a reply with a couple of days, I'll forward this along to your superiors, as it will be glaringly obvious at that point that you are too busy to assist me.

If my tone seems trite, I apologize. I'm not getting a lot of co-operation in this matter.
