Esteemed clergy,
As you may be aware, with the separation of the Spellguard Order from Sanctuary's government, the Watch has been left without a reliable enchanter of armor, shields, and helmets. We would be grateful if those among your clergy who are capable of enchanting such equipment would consider entering into an agreement with the Watch to enchant our armor, shields, and helmets. We will, of course, make the terms of any such agreement respectful toward your faiths, and favorable to the ideals and goals of your temple. I would ask that you consider assisting us in this manner fairly and frankly, and respond if you at all believe there is merit in the proposal.

Lieutenant,
I am but a single acolyte of the Even-handed, and much of my time is spent consoling the people of New Dunwarren and picking up the duties of Justicar Lem. There is no one here capable of the mass blessing the Watch would require.

If the Watch is unable to perform its duties, then perhaps our city may be in a graver situation than we thought. We are able of providing enchantments, yes, though it is likely going to be costly as we're not prepared or set-up for these sorts of things. Send by a delegate and perhaps we will discuss this in detail further.

Acolyte Morayn,
I will visit the Shrine in person when you have the time for an audience to discuss this matter. Until then, may your works and faith in Grumbar's name be ever unceasing and unchanging.
