I have heard rumour of an Upper attack on Lower and the death of many Lower citizens. I understand your anger towards Upper and the people there. However, the Mausoleum, though located in Upper, is in service to all of Sanctuary, and I would offer the services of the Mausoleum to help Lower deal with the many dead from this attack.

The dead could either be transported to the Mausoleum for proper rites, or I could make my way into Lower and tend to the needs of the dead there.

As well, if you have names for those who passed on to The Judge in this attack I would have them for my reading of the List of the Dead for this past tenday.
