Citizens of Sanctuary, let it be known that on this day - Flamerule 5th, in the Year 152 since our founding the Council of Sanctuary has signed two new laws which shall combat the undead menace threatening our city. It only awaits the approval of our just and fair Sheriff.

However, let it also be known that there is much more work to be done. The Council still debates over laws against worshiping devils and demons. I urge all citizens to send letters to the Council expressing your wish to see that devil and demon worshipers find no welcome within our city.
