This letter is to inform you that the charges brought against you the previous evening in front of the Town Hall were entirely incorrect; the actions of the Watch officers and Privates present were uncalled for and unwarranted, and they should not have elected to arrest you. You have the apologies of the Sanctuary Watch for your injuries and detention, and you will soon have the personal apology of Sergeant Khemed. The Watch cannot make up for the indignity you suffered, but it is our hope that you will accept these apologies and forgive our officers for errors committed in the heat of emotion.
