In game it is a matter of walking through four or five screens I believe. I am just wondering what the in character distance is to Thomas' Shop? How hard is it to find in character versus how hard it is to find in game?

You can assume IC that the shop is relatively close to Sanctuary, but probably further than the engine allows us to easily represent.

Seriously. The shop is right next door. I mean, come on, it's five screens away from Sanctuary - Gates. That's a 1.5 minute run! And Fort Mur? We're basically close enough to make out.
