As you pursue the Judge's work by gaining control of the Mausoleum I wish to begin my own work in aiding the lost souls of Sanctuary's dead find peace. I wish to begin reading the "List of the Dead" here in Sanctuary to aid these souls in their journey to our Lord.

I wish your opinion on the message I plan on posting for all to read:

To all in Sanctuary,

The dead of this city are restless for they have lacked the respect and guidance that is their due. It is time that the dead of Sanctuary recieved this respect, and are given guidance to the Spire to stand before the Judge.

One tenday from this posting, the first "List of the Dead" will be read upon the stairs of Town Hall to give notice of those who have passed from this realm and to aid these souls in the beginning of their journey to the Spire.

Send letters concerning those you know to be dead during this tenday, and if possible, the Deity they pray to, and their names shall be added to Jergal's lists and their journey will begin.

Send letters concerning those you know to be missing so that further information can be gathered and their place on the list or among the living can be determined.

Address your letters to Veilguard Dusk at The Last Stand.
