I am come with an Inquiry on the fact that the Embassy of the tribe of Kobolds belonging to the accursed Shadow Dragon, a very being in diametrically allied against the forces of light and purity, has come to harbor a priest of Istishia the Choking.

This is not a matter of our Religious war. This Priest has Corrupted the populace with bribes of gold witnessed by all of the Kossuthan clergy, and more. This cannot be allowed for such things are matters of corrupting the populace, not the goverment. I can only pray that you will make inquiries into the embassy on why they refer to this priest as the "blessed one," as I understand it, the dragon allows no worship but his own.

I would also appreciate a watch account of the events that unfolded when Rief, warrior of his Pure flame, in a fit of over-zealousness and unwisdom, pursued the priest to the Embassy and where he was quickly felled by the Priest.

I would appreciate a full, detailed accounting of the crimes you believe this priest of the Water Lord has committed, complete with the names of other witnesses and specific information. I cannot order any potential crimes investigated without an understanding of their nature. As for the death of the Eternal Flame acolyte Rief, I have no report of his death or the events leading up to it.

Forgive me for not being clear. Rief was merely subdued. He is still alive and well, praise the Holy Flames of his Divine presense for this gift. The Witnesses were Rief, Hoaradin Delorin. Basically a Man wearing blue full plate watched through the entire sermon, turning the crowd against us with subtle bribes that were payed after the sermon.
