I write to say, I witnessed the arrest of a halfling by one Sergeant Kharl...something. It was most fair, and well within his discretion. The halfling was rude, loud, annoying, and to be fair, one of the halflings comments did come off as rather threatening. I simply saw Drin getting ready to deliver a complaint letter, so felt it my duty as a an honest man to show the unbiased truth of what happened.
