[This letter is hand delivered to the Town Hall. The writing is in a hand that seems to favor large, bold words, and a stylized flourish.]

Councilors,

My name is Hoaradin Delorin the Pure, the Eternal Flame of the Church of the Purifying Flame. I am writing this letter to notify you that I have secured the support of Sheriff Azzam and members of the Sanctuary Watch to build a Holy Pyre to Almighty Kossuth.

If you walk out of the town hall, past the Last Stand, move past the staircase, and turn left facing the bridge leading to the Watch House you shall see the location I have selected. There is a small patch of Mushrooms located there. The area is outside of the patrol of the Watch, and the movement of the citizens of the city, and should the fire need to be quickly extinguished (though I doubt this should be necessary) it may be pushed off into the chasm below. The area is both safe and secure.

This fire will allow for the destruction of evil objects such as that of aberrations and things imbued with necromantic powers. Furthermore, it shall be a place for the citizens of this city to gather and give praise and offerings to Almighty Kossuth, the Purifying Flame. The fire shall provide illuminating light to push back the darkness, as well as provide warmth to this city. Should Kossuth be pleased with this city there may come a time when we could call upon him to assist us in defending it.

Although I see no reason for objections due to the Sheriff's approval, I would like to give you a short amount of time to illicit to me any concerns that you may have. I do assure you, however, that I am taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure that it is safe.

I have already begun preparing the holy oils needed. Please make any concerns you have delivered to me swiftly.
