People of Lower

The electric discharges that have killed some citizens, and badly damage most others, are caused by what lies inside. This is a generator of the machine, in tact by the Spellguard agents who tend to it. If you will destroy this machine, the charges will stop, and the Spellguard will be driven out of Lower, with no where to hide. The answer is clear, this generator must be destroyed, and the Machine shut down in this area. I would ask any true to Lower, to stand up against the Machine, and to destroy this generator! For freedom, so that Lower may never be oppressed again.
