Can you provide a basic outline for item creation costs in terms of gold and experience?

I looked around the forums, and even used the search function, but I couldn't find a post that answered this question for me.

There are IC tools in-game that will provide scroll, potion and wand crafting costs. Some people have developed IC guides as well.
