Whenever I try to log into my character at Underdark - Dark Shore East it makes a 'quest just finished' noise and after it loads it crashes. I dont even get to see the real game. Other areas are fine.

There might be something in that area which your graphics are unable to load. Try tune your graphs down a bit and give it another try. Just a thought.

That is one of the few places where the shiny water effect is in heavy use. Could be that. I know that until I got a much, much newer graphics card that effect either never worked or severely hampered my computer.
