Along with Wyric Crowshire, original author of this proposal, I will turn the abandoned Chapterhouse into a place for the poor and the idle to produce for Sanctuary - construction material, simple furniture, whatever can be taught and used by our less-privileged people to better themselves and this town.

The council must better become and remain the chosen of the people; I will push forward legislation that prevents candidates from killing their way up the ladder by chance or malicious intent. Only those stripped of office or who step down should be replaced, if the time comes, by the lowest two ranked candidates of the ballot. Only if it is proven that their predecessors were unfit for office, or willingly gave up their seat, should they be trusted with legislature and judgement.

The separatists must make arrangements with us or be cut off. There can be no more dancing around the issue. I cannot pretend to know the current status of the past council's sloppy negotiations, but I will tirelessly work towards a resolution that preserves our town, whether by discarding an uncooperative limb, or finding a way to make it a working part of our body of Sanctuary.

An exchange has been decided by the current council that a merchant from the Shadow Tribe community come here to sell their wares, but no provisions were made about the nature of Sanctuary's merchant to Sslal'teesh. I will work to designate those who would represent our interests in their city, to revitalize our merchants by purchasing their goods and exporting them. Our surfacer-influenced wares shall be an exotic and sought-after thing by our only allies in the 'dark.
