This is a formal complaint to be lodged against one Private Khemed. I witnessed him, in the Watch Uniform and On Duty, attempting to purchase spirits and making lewd advances on a woman who goes by the name of Nate.

I gently suggested that he return to his duties rather than pursue such vices while on the payroll of the City of Sanctuary, and my request was met with only disdain.

I should like to be kept appraised when and if any disciplinary action is taken, lest you support insolence towards the Governing body of Sanctuary.
