I have recently seen your posters regarding your need for groups to help with a problem. Although I had no wish to aid you, I can offer another project.

I own a building in the town known as "Sanctuary" that is currently being refurbished, however it still is too small for my liking. I require a cave to be excavated that will be used for storage, a cave big enough to store roughly a hundred barrels, I can offer a fair amount of gold and accomodation for your workers whilst the excavation is taking place.
