Dear Seekers,

It appears you have forsaken the hospitality of Upper. We received no word of your intentions, but I imagine that the series of difficult encounters between yourselves and other organisations in Upper were a factor in your decision.

I would greatly appreciate it if you would be able to send some further details explaining your decision to relocate. I am still interested in supporting the Seekers, despite your new home, as are all citizens who dream of return to the surface. While I imagine you no longer desire the funding we were providing, if there is anything I can personally do to aid your organisation, please send me a letter or drop by in person.

On a different matter, as a parting request, the council was hoping you would be able to send us one complete set of Seeker uniform, both armour and helmet. This equipment is needed for a rather delicate diplomatic negotiation, and would ultimately be used for the benefit of all citizens, those of both Upper and Lower.
