My character Bharl lost his super cool Orog Flail. I had just finished bug's cave questing (lvl 3 I died a lot this week) before I logged off. I had my flail whenI left and would have noticed it disappearing as it and it's powers were hot keyed on my main screen. When I logged back on the flail was gone and the hot keys section was blank. I see there is another bug report about missing loot but the heading says one bug per topic or something.

I have had the same thing with an Amulet for Bards (Not sure the name) Ambient loot dissapearing over a normal log or while I was playing, not over a reset. This might not be a one off thing.

This bug also happened when DM unpossessed NPCs, where the NPC's weapon appeared in my inventory (greatsword +2 with +2 strength) <_<;; ...

It also happened with one of my dead char- where her weapon was spawned in the fugue (on her), after the NPC who had it was unpossessed.
