How much does someone remember from the Fugue? As far as I am informed nothing. Is it still possible one may occasionally remember a glimpse of a conversation one had in it, or anything?

Also, if there was such a thing as a PC that can talk to the dead with a seance, would it be possible to make him talk to a PC in the fugue?

You don't remember anything from the fugue plane, but it IS an IC area. I have popped up there, seen everybody talking OOC like it was an OOC chat room, and been annoyed by it.

Fugue quests, etc. and the like can and have happened.

As for the seance, it would require a DM - whether or not it can happen is a FOIG.
