I would like to remind players to be vigilant to inconsistancies with the economic system in place on the server. Rather recently an NPC merchant was placed in that, unbeknownst to us, was offering considerable amounts of gold when goods were sold to him. We'd ask players to use some common sense in cases like this, such as where they are finding merchants offering nearly three times the usual prices within our module, and to contact the DM team to ensure that such a thing is indeed intended.

It took entirely too long for this matter to be brought to our attention, and a great many people seem to have benefitted from it as a result. I can only assume it was known about by a great portion of our playerbase. In the future we expect for our players to err on the side of caution when they encounter inconsistancies like this.
