By order of the Church of the Triad, the area formerly known as Goblin Town is hereby annexed and under the protection of New Dunwarren. Any person of a civilized race, excluding kobolds, goblins, duergar and other monstrous races are prohibited from taking up residence in the settlement to be known as New Haven.

All decent folk who tire of the violence of Lower, the weak and ineffectual justice that prevails in Old Sanctuary, and anyone else who wishes to make a new beginning are welcome to move into New Haven. Be it known, that the law of Tyr, the grace of Ilmater, and the protection of Torm hold sway here. Justice will be firm but fair, and the welfare of the folk who choose to seek asylum here will be our paramount priority.

All those whou would join us, merely take up residence in the alleyways below our beautiful temple. A patrol of our greycloaks will take your name and that of your family, and inform you of New Dunwarren law. Know that taking up residence makes one a citizen of New Dunwarren, enjoying the privileges and acknowledging the authority of the Temple of Tyr in all matters legal.
