I have been suitably impressed by several of your members' skills, as well as the organization and competence of your company. With your Commander's apparent descent into madness and his suicidal plunge at the Ledskir gang, I wish to offer any of your number who are willing a chance to interview for a position in the Sanctuary Watch. While we do not have the freedom of form that your company possessed, we do share many of the same tenets-with a much firmer belief in principle and duty. In short, while this offer comes on the sudden demise of your company's leader, do not let it be construed as ill-form; I simply wish to offer you the chance to continue in the duties you have been accustomed to. While no doubt most of your number will not be suitable, or may not wish this, I believe several of you could be, and would find recruitment into the Watch well within your capabilities and interests.
