This is a letter of recommendation for the scout Harold, who demonstrated convincing skill and dedication to the defense of the city in his efforts to apprehend the criminals Taine and Battleload, amongst others. While I cannot attest to his desire to seek the surface, his other talents in the areas valued highly by your organization are no doubt equal to your standards.
