An orcblood, of name unknown, is currently in Capital Cell 1 awaiting trial for the capital charges of the attempted murder of the Griffon mercenaries Kharl, Marjorie, and Jerome, as well as the attempted murder of the scout Harold and myself. Kharl, Marjorie, and Harold should all be able to stand as witnesses to this assault.

A dwarf, named Gorthag, is currently in Capital Cell 1 awaiting trial for the capital charges of the attempted murder of the Griffon Mercenaries Kharl, Marjorie, and Jerome, as well as the attempted murder of the scout Harold and myself; he is also to be trialed for the capital charge of murder of the dwarf Ogryd Battleload. Kharl, Marjorie, and Harold should all be able to stand as witnesses to the charges of attempted murder; the Privates on cell guard duty can stand as witnesses to the charge of murder.

Due to the abundance of witnesses, my presence should not be a necessity to prosecute these trials; if Privates Stormshadow or Lothor are able to oversee them, this would be perfectly acceptable.
