I understand having spoken to Sheriff Azzam, that if Barak Tor were to be sold (and i understand it is now up for sale?) that offers should be sent to you.

As a result i would like to formally submit our proposal to purchase Barak Tor.

Please name your asking price.

In a short while ((within 2 weeks RL)) we will commence the driving back of the Chosen and eyeballs. This combined with the plans for what we will turn Barak tor into can be viewed at your request.

We would wish this resolved before we commence our mission.
