The price is one thousand gold per lock, provided you wish them of very strong quality or 250 gold each for standard Sanctuarian strength replacements.

The price per key is 100 gold.

For all four locks plus ten key at masterwork quality the quote is 5,000 gold

At standard Sanctuary quality the price is 2,000
