He aparantly just killed these people trying to arrest a single wanted elf that he was to incompetant to capture. Now innocent lowers some hardly and even unarmed are dead. I demand him to be executed for his crimes. Most of my friends also saw what happened to. Let me guess new law It is legal for a watchman to murder anyone he wants. Also if he truly was going on patrol to clear lower of criminals why wherent any ledskirs brought down? Its aparant to me the watch has made some kind of deal with the ledskirs to allow the watch to murder as much Lowers as they want as long as ledskirs dont interfear. First, let me start by saying that when you write to the Sanctuary Watch it will be in a calm and ordered tone. No more threat-filled rants will pass onto my desk, and should you attempt to carry out any of those threats, I will personally rip your still beating heart from your chest with my bare hands.

Second, if you have the ability to speak in a calm and rational tone I will listen to what you have to say. I have little details of this event, and Sergeant Sunellar has not made a report. However, it is indeed illegal to kill innocent citizens in the pursuit of criminals. Now, I might be able to help you - that remains undetermined - and all rests on what actually happened.

I would encourage you to write to me personally detailing exactly what took place. Give me the names of eyewitnesses - ones that are creditable and that can testify as to what happened. You will also give me the names of those involved in the alleged slaughter, as well as an accurate retelling of events. Submit this to me and I will see what can be done about the situation.

However, should your response be more tirades I will simply toss your letter into the nearest waste barrel (which conveniently is sitting right next to me) and forget your claim ever existed.
