I am looking into an interest that you may be able to help me with. It has accured to me that the rats in the sewers are causing many illinesses and I wish to stop this on behalf of the House of Light. Any information you can give me, that would tell me where to start to look would be appreciated. I believe there is a source and that we may be able to stop it. My intentions are to eliminate the rats from the town completely, if not permantly. Thank you for your assistance.

Firstly, excuse the lateness of this reply. There were some details contained within your query that I had to look into for myself.

Having said that, I cannot come to a reasonable conclusion on the aforementioned details.

See, it is my feeling that many in lower Sanctuary, as well as Sewertown survive by eating the rats you mention. If this were the case, I'm sure you would agree that wiping them out would be doing a great disservice to the people that rely upon them for their survival.

If you intend to pursue this matter, my first piece of advice is this; determine if the rats you are mentioning are in fact being consumed, and whether or not a substitute exists.

Put your findings into a written form, noting sources and corroborating proof, and send it my way, and I promise you it will receive honest and unbiased scrutiny.

I apologize for perhaps complicating a matter that seemed simple at the outset.
