The bounties have been updated and a substantial reward of 4,500 coins offered for his arrest. It is preferred that he can be brought to us alive so that he may stand trial for his crimes. However, if that is not possible then kill him. The Watch has spent enough resources on this criminal already, and there is little doubt at this point that he will be stoned. He is too much of a danger to be allowed to go free.

However, do remember that him standing trial should be the primary thought in your mind.

Should you be forced to kill him, bring me his head along with his belongings. He has a long record of theft and as such I would like to see as much as possible returned to their original owners.
