Thane,
I am confident the Spellguard can look favorably upon your proposals and urge Krovac to move immediately to our territory where he can be safe and sell whatever wares he desires, provided they are not aberrant in nature.
However, are you certain you wish to give up a fortified territory to which you have put a considerable amount of support and cost? I can not see a reason for abandoning your strong-hold for any reason.
Can you elaborate on why this is necessary? If the Watch were to attempt to destroy the stairwell as you once feared, that would clearly be an act of war if you have declared your settlement a sovereign territory and gained the recognition of other such territories in the region--especially from Selena Tower and New Dunwarren.
However, it is certainly feasible we can find your clan honest work and living space with the Machine Project.

Thank you for your swift reply.
We are looking at other options as a place in which to reside.
Whilst we are happy and wish to remain in Barak Tor, and as you are aware are shortly to commence the mission to drive back the Chosen, we understand that Barak tor is to be put up for sale.
We have only just recieved confirmation from Sheriff Azzam that we also may be able to put in a purchasing bid. But of course we may be evicted.
Your words on declaring Soverignity intrigue me, but alas we are few, I would wish no war with the Watch and Sanctuary and fear we would lose any battle, which they would be sure to bring to us.

A space is already prepared for your merchant to sell his wares. Between Selena Tower and open work yards behind Lord Demetrius Bhast's former residence--indeed--the former lobby of his home is an open area for merchants. Krovus can set up his stall and goods there.
