A young and eager lad by the name of Richard would be interested in providing the watch with animals, like Deep Hounds for service of the town. Would you be willing to meet with the lad and myself, so he can introduce himself and his skills to you. He seems eager, and honest. Also the idea itself does not sound bad to me. Having an animal handler sounds fairly good idea to me.

After reading this letter, Sheriff Azzam calls Sergeant Sunellar to review with his colleagues. He has been instructed to offer his opinion on the matter when convenient.

I would appreciate it if you would ask this Richard to visit me personally, so that I may better understand his proposal and how he intends to carry it out.

I have told this man that he is free to pursue his ideas, but that the Watch will not make any sort of committment to enlist the aid of his deep hounds until he has demonstrated that he may do what he claims he is able to in breeding them. His Deep Hounds are to be bred outside the city, however; he will not be allowed to put citizens at risk by trying to tame such aggressive creatures within our walls.

Just so you know OOC, I cannot work on this idea this week due to a few interesting problems that poped up. Probably this weekend however, so don't expect to see me on the server untill Saturday. Untill then the only thing I can do is plan.
